Stakelogic and Bally’s Join Forces for Extended Live Dealer Agreement
In April 2024, Rhode Island will become the next state to offer online gambling, including slots and table games, but there’s a bit of a twist.
Like New Hampshire with online sports betting, Rhode Island’s online gambling law will essentially allow Bally’s to be a monopoly, meaning it’s the only online site offering legal online casino games.
To bring online casino games to the state, Bally’s has partnered with Stakelogic, a provider of online casino games and live dealer services. It develops slots and offers dealers from its two studios, which are located in the Netherlands and Malta.
Bally’s is currently available in three states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, where it has proven to operate an online casino.
Interestingly, the law in Rhode Island strictly states that live dealer table games must be offered, while computer-simulated table games aren’t allowed.
Bally opted for Stakelogic over Evolution. Evolution is a company that also provides live dealer games and covers most legal online casinos in the United States.
However, Bally views Stakelogic as “one of the rising stars of iGaming.”
“We are very excited about our partnership with Bally’s as it will finally enable Stakelogic to bring its technology to the US,” said Stakelogic CEO Stephan van den Oetelaar. “It will also enable us to build on our tremendous growth since launching live casino 14 months ago, positioning Stakelogic as a leading technology company in the iGaming industry.”
