    Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has rolled out a revamped loyalty program designed to enhance player engagement across its BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse platforms. The newly launched rewards scheme introduces a more streamlined and rewarding experience for users, making it easier for them to earn and redeem points through their gameplay on the company’s casino and sportsbook offerings.

    This updated loyalty program is accessible to all players of BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse, offering a tiered system that includes Gold, Platinum, and Black levels. As players place bets, they accumulate three distinct types of points: Loyalty Points, Bonus Store Points, and the newly introduced Tier Points. The new structure encourages users to climb through the levels, unlocking a range of exclusive benefits, from luxury gifts and vacation packages to complimentary cruises.

    One of the key improvements in this program is the stability it offers in maintaining tier levels. Once players reach a new tier, they retain their status for the current six-month earning period and the entire subsequent six-month period, ensuring they can enjoy their rewards for up to a year. This change comes in response to player feedback, reflecting RSI’s commitment to putting its customers first.

    Casino enthusiasts will find that a variety of games, including slots, progressive slots, video poker, and table games, are eligible for earning points. Sportsbook players aren’t left out either, with the rewards system extending to their activities. Notably, Same Game Parlays (SGPs) will now earn points based on the number of legs in the bet, a shift from the previous single-rate system.

    RSI CEO Richard Schwartz emphasized the company’s player-first philosophy in a recent press release. He noted that since RSI’s inception, the focus has been on player retention, and the loyalty program’s enhancements are part of ongoing efforts to add value to the player experience. The company’s rapid growth in new customers over recent years has underscored the importance of investing in innovative player benefits, reaffirming its commitment to staying ahead in the industry.

    Alongside the improved reward structure, RSI has also introduced a new user interface for its iRush Rewards program. This interface provides players with a clear view of their status and points totals, making it easy to track progress toward the next tier. It also highlights the benefits currently available and offers a preview of what can be expected at higher levels, further motivating players to stay engaged.

    RSI’s dedication to player retention is evident in its impressive financial performance. In 2023, the company reported revenues of $691 million, attributing its success to strong customer engagement.

    The loyalty program’s enhancements are expected to further bolster this trend, with RSI projecting revenues of between $770 and $830 million for the full year ending December 31, 2024. Achieving $800 million would mark a 16% year-over-year growth, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to providing an exceptional gaming experience.
