Relax Gaming, a prominent iGaming aggregator, has forged a strategic alliance with Light & Wonder to leverage the latter’s platform for showcasing Relax Gaming’s exclusive content.
Nadiya Attard, the Chief Commercial Officer of Relax Gaming, emphasized the significance of partnering with Light & Wonder, noting its robust presence in key iGaming markets, particularly across North America.
This collaboration positions Light & Wonder as an optimal platform for presenting Relax Gaming’s diverse content portfolio. The partnership is strategically oriented towards capturing the North American and European markets, maximizing the distribution of Relax Gaming’s real-money online casino content.
This expansion encompasses specific regulated markets, including the US, Europe and Canada. This means that players located in any of these regions can enjoy some of the top titles released by the provider.
Relax Gaming houses an extensive library exceeding 4,000 online casino games, encompassing titles from both third-party studios and its exclusive online slots. Towards the conclusion of the preceding year, it solidified a partnership with BetMGM Casino, expanding the availability of its online casino games to the New Jersey market.
In January, a collaborative venture commenced with iGP, targeting the distribution of its content portfolio to various operators through iGP’s centralized aggregation platform, recognized as iGaming Deck.
Conversely, Light & Wonder takes pride in its broad library, comprising over 4,500 titles developed both in-house and by third-party studios. The company emphasizes seamless integration capabilities and is dedicated to ensuring user security.
In another recent development, Light & Wonder garnered attention with the announcement of a strategic partnership. This agreement is set to facilitate the launch of 1X2 Network’s offerings in the US, with an initial rollout planned for Michigan.
Subsequently, Light & Wonder disclosed its financial performance for Q4 2023, revealing a positive trend in revenue expansion.
Consolidated revenue experienced a significant 13% growth in the fourth quarter, attributed to robust performances across all sectors, particularly in Gaming, SciPlay and iGaming. Moreover, Light & Wonder communicated that for the entire fiscal year, its consolidated revenue witnessed an impressive surge of 16%, culminating in a noteworthy $2.9 billion.
