New NHL-Branded Games Coming to Caesars Digital
In a renewed collaboration between the two, Caesars Entertainment and the NHL have prolonged their partnership, maintaining Caesars as the league’s Sports Betting and Gaming Partner.
As part of this extension, Caesars Digital will gain access to additional NHL-owned intellectual property, facilitating the development of league-branded online casino games for a nationwide audience.
This agreement also entails exclusive opportunities for Caesars Rewards members to partake in NHL VIP experiences. These will be accompanied by prominent branding appearances by the gambling operator during broadcasts of Stanley Cup Playoff games.
Additionally, the Las Vegas-based company retains the privilege of featuring NHL logos and imagery on its app and securing appearances from former hockey stars.
Regarding the extended partnership, Caesars Digital President Eric Hession emphasized its role in advancing efforts to provide users with unforgettable experiences, leveraging the strong fan passion associated with the NHL.
Jason Jazayeri, NHL Business Development Vice President, acknowledged the collaborative history of creating innovative fan engagement strategies and expressed anticipation for the continued partnership.
Notably, the recently rebranded Caesars Palace Online Casino is currently accessible in four states, complementing the operator’s extensive presence with sportsbooks in over 20 states.
Hession emphasized the significance of having the defending Stanley Cup Champions, the Vegas Golden Knights, based in Las Vegas. It provides them with a close view of the NHL’s excitement and passion.
He added that the extended partnership with the league aligns with Caesars Digital’s commitment to enhancing fan experiences in both sports betting and online casino offerings for its valued customers.
Last month, Caesars introduced a live-dealer online casino game titled Caesars Football Blackjack. This will be a novel entry into the gaming ecosystem that features the branding of the National Football League (NFL).
At almost the same time, the NHL disclosed the extension of its collaboration with the US telecommunications powerhouse Verizon. The continuation of Verizon’s role as the exclusive partner in 5G broadband, wireless services, and mobile edge computing, coupled with its designation as an official technology partner, underscores the deepening ties between the two entities.
Among the prominent sponsors within the NHL landscape are New Amsterdam Vodka, prominently featured as the pregame event’s title sponsor, Navy Federal Union Credit, holding the title sponsorship for the stadium series, and the latest addition, Tourism Prince Edward Island. The latter has marked its entry as the league’s newest official destination partner.
