NetBet teams up with SlotMatrix in dynamic casino content deal
NetBet is attempting to expand its presence in the online casino world by striking a dynamic content deal with SlotMatrix.
Since 2001, NetBet has doubled up as a sportsbook and casino operator, and it is also renowned for the quality of its lotto product.
And in a bold move, the UK-based betting site has teamed up with SlotMatrix, EveryMatrix’s business-to-business aggregator, to supply fresh casino content.
Although the financial details surrounding the agreement have not been disclosed, it is still a seismic deal. NetBet players will get unfettered access to SlotMatrix’s portfolio of games, and hundreds of titles are available.
Shaking things up
While casinos are constantly entering into content deals with other B2B firms, few match the nature of NetBet’s collaboration with SlotMatrix.
Yes, NetBet players will have free rein over the types of titles they can get their hands on. Among the highlights of the deal is the inclusion of highly-rated slots, such as Queen of Egypt, Exotic Wilds, and Sweet Gems, to name a few.
Sweet Gems, for example, is a delightfully vibrant online slot created by Spearhead Gaming that comes with a cascade of brilliant features, including multipliers and sticky multipliers, along with an RTP (Return to Player) of 96.07%.
Earlier this month, NetBet announced they would stump up WorldMatch’s portfolio of over 200 games to expand their footprint in Italy. However, SlotMatrix is arguably much bigger.
Indeed, SlotMatrix has 300+ game studios, providing exclusive content from its RGS partners. With access to a dedicated back-office, too, this underlines its desire to provide a premium casino experience, and it is a serious player in the industry.
With more changes to the British gambling industry earmarked over the next couple of years, including how crypto is regulated, the timing of NetBet’s deal with SlotMatrix is significant.
In it for the long haul
The nature of NetBet’s collaboration with SlotMatrix will not be lost on keen casino enthusiasts, and both parties have welcomed the agreement.
Giving his thoughts on the deal, Razvan Haiduc, EveryMatrix CEO of Games, said: “NetBet is a great brand, popular across a variety of markets, so we’re very pleased to enter this partnership and offer their players a diverse range of innovative and highly compelling content via our market-leading, single integration offering Slot Matrix.”
SlotMatrix’s track record in the industry has helped it win favor from NetBet, and this is a point that was impressed by NetBet’s PR manager Claudia Georgevici.
She said: “We are delighted to partner with SlotMatrix and bring their thrilling games to our players.
“Our collaboration represents a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to delivering the best gaming experience for our players.
“Adding SlotMatrix titles to our game portfolio will undoubtedly enhance the excitement and entertainment for players worldwide.”
And these casino additions will be available for players using desktop or mobile devices to play at their convenience.
What does SlotMatrix bring to the party?
SlotMatrix is driven by an innate desire to provide a unique casino experience, and this is through innovation and quality. As you might expect, there have been no shortcuts to success.
SlotMatrix has a clear goal in mind, and only last month, SlotMatrix signed a similar deal with Soft2Bet. Like Soft2Bet, NetBet has sought to bolster its game library to give users more choices.
NetBet is licensed in the UK by the Gambling Commission. But it also holds licenses in Greece, Germany, and Romania and a few jurisdictions monitored and covered by the Malta Gaming Authority.
Getting SlotMatrix on board represents a severe coup, as they are always looking to flex their muscles in a highly saturated casino environment.
Final Thoughts
NetBet isn’t willing to rest on its laurels. The deal with SlotMatrix bears some of the same hallmarks as the agreement they thrashed to leverage Spinmatic’s portfolio.
SlotMatrix has an extensive range of games in its stable, and it is constantly churning out new and engaging content that will endear itself to the hearts and minds of NetBet players.
Inevitably, this deal gives SlotMatrix more exposure, and it will, of course, drive more traffic to NetBet.
From the outset, it seems like SlotMatrix is in it for the long haul, and they want to be a game-changer. NetBet will have more eyes on it going forward, but as far as casino playing goes, this can only be seen as a good thing. Only time will tell how NetBet will benefit from SlotMatrix’s expertise, but this deal should be celebrated.
