Mohegan to go all out to mark 10th anniversary of Momentum loyalty programme
Tribal gaming operator Mohegan is ready to go all out to mark the 10th anniversary of its loyalty programme entitled Momentum.
Rest assured, nothing has been left to chance. In October, all Mohegan-owned resorts will pull out all the stops to reward its most committed players.
Momentum has proved to be a smash hit as it allows players to sign up for free with no fees passed on for registering as a member.
Players can accrue Momentum Dollars, an exclusive currency that can be used at casinos and swapped in exchange for various prizes, including unique experiences.
Over the years, Mohegan has permeated its presence across the US, and it now has properties in Connecticut, Washington, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada.
Mohegan players will be able to get involved in the fun. The action will be amplified with plenty of giveaways, tournaments, and bespoke events.
This includes a free shot play in the $25,000 Hot Shot Slot tournament at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, and the Mohegan Pennsylvania will allow players to use their Momentum card to win free slot play prizes.
The Mohegan Sun and Mohegan Pennsylvania will also be selling merchandise. This will be in the form of limited edition anniversary t-shirts, so you won’t want to miss out.
Meanwhile, other Mohegan resorts will be running dining deals, where you can enjoy appetisers for as little as $10 when you eat at one of its participating restaurants. There will also be a 10% discount applied while shopping at selected resorts.
Speaking about the Momentum celebrations, Erica Tessier Hunt, Mohegan Corporate Marketing VIP, said: “For Mohegan, the Momentum programme has been more than just a loyalty initiative; it is a testament to the strong bond we share with our guests.
“We are proud of what we have offered the past 10 years that has continued to strengthen the loyalty of our members, and we look forward to future enhancements to Momentum that will stand on Mohegan’s vow of offering unparalleled experiences.”
The Mohegan brand, which established the Mohegan Sun in 1996, announced earlier this year that they would be opening a Mohegan Inspire resort in South Korea to the tune of $ 5 billion.
Chen Si has been appointed as President to oversee this project, with Wade Howk confirmed as the Chief Operating Officer.
