Niagara Falls Police reported that an unidentified man allegedly made threats to all users and guests at a major resort and casino in New York. The suspect raised a threat to kill everyone at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino on Friday.

According to the police, reports rushed in after the suspect made a call to the casino’s security personnel on Friday evening. The call was made by a man who appeared to have an English accent and made multiple threats.

The caller claimed to be staying at the hotel. He also threatened to release chemical agents in the hotel to cause harm to everyone on the site.

Subsequently, the caller handed the phone to a crying woman. The suspect had allegedly stated that he would harm her. Seconds later, sounds that were identified as gunshots were reported to have been heard through the phone.

The man then demanded $30,000 from the casino. Around the same time, the New York State Parks Police dispatch received an anonymous call reporting that multiple men armed with AR-15 rifles were on their way to the casino.

Police conducted a thorough search of one of the floors and a room. While the facilities department examined the air filtration system, other authorities made their way through the rest of the hotel.

According to the final report, authorities confirmed that both sites were found to be clear of any threats. As of today, no official charges have been filed in connection with this reported incident.

Before this alleged incident, only another one had been reported at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. On another occasion, a 22-year-old rapper was forced to face charges related to an incident where he allegedly threw a firearm from the roof of a parking lot at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino.

The incident took place in December 2021, and no incidents have been reported since. In the end, the rapper, Markiez A. Davis, pleaded not guilty to second and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.

Local authorities and even locals claim that no major incidents have taken place at the resort and casino. The site’s reputation has remained strong, and the operation is known as one of the best in the state.
