Light & Wonder Extends Reach in Three US State
Light & Wonder, a leading global provider of gaming systems and services, announced significant new deals with three prominent casino properties on Tuesday, reinforcing its position as a market leader in the gaming industry. The company is set to enhance its presence at Casino Miami, Delaware Park Casino, and Viejas Casino & Resort through a range of system upgrades and new technology deployments.
The agreements aim to improve player engagement, streamline operations, and offer more personalized gaming experiences for customers. Each property will benefit from Light & Wonder’s advanced casino management systems (CMS), loyalty platforms, and other cutting-edge technologies, bringing them to the forefront of innovation in the gaming world.
Casino Miami, located in Miami, Florida, is extending its agreement with Light & Wonder to include additional system features designed to boost player interaction. The property will implement the Elite Bonusing Suite and its progressive system, while also upgrading its existing iVIEW mix to the more advanced iVIEW Pro platform.
The iVIEW Pro system, known for its high-performance interface, will be deployed throughout the entire property, providing guests with an enhanced gaming experience. By integrating these new features, Casino Miami hopes to create a more engaging environment for its players, with personalized rewards and dynamic content that will enrich the overall guest journey.
Delaware Park Casino, based in Wilmington, Delaware, is another property that will see major improvements under its new partnership with Light & Wonder. The casino plans to upgrade its casino management system by adopting a complete ensemble of Light & Wonder solutions. This includes the SDS-CMP slot-accounting and player-tracking system, which is designed to improve operational efficiency and monitor player behavior in real time.
In addition, the casino will install the iVIEW Pro system across its gaming floor, which will be integrated with Light & Wonder’s Envoy, allowing third-party vendors to connect securely to the casino’s systems. This upgrade is expected to enhance both operational effectiveness and player engagement, making Delaware Park Casino a more seamless and rewarding experience for its patrons.
Meanwhile, Viejas Casino & Resort in San Diego, California, is making perhaps the most extensive upgrades of all. The casino has chosen Light & Wonder’s Engage loyalty platform to power its gaming floor as part of a comprehensive overhaul of its casino management system.
Viejas will be the first property to implement a number of advanced technologies, including TableView Web, Patron Mobile App and Kiosk, and the Engage AI platform. Other cutting-edge features like the EBS Mystery Multiplier and the RapidPlay Cashless Solution will also be introduced, bringing a new level of convenience and excitement to the casino floor. The resort’s entire server infrastructure will undergo a full-scale modernization to support these innovations, making it a leader in the adoption of the latest gaming technologies.
The implementation of these technologies will help these casinos optimize their operations while providing players with a more engaging and interactive gaming experience. The new systems will allow for seamless integration of third-party solutions, enhanced loyalty programs, and the introduction of cashless gaming—features that are becoming increasingly important in today’s competitive market.
