Digitain has introduced Centrivo apps specifically designed for all iOS and Android operating systems. The Centrivo platform, created by Digitain, serves as a comprehensive tool for overseeing all facets of an iGaming business.

Featuring a user-friendly management system, Centrivo enables operators to initiate the launch of new brands seamlessly. Additionally, its Player Account Management (PAM) system offers a multi-language service that accommodates various currencies, brands and player-specific automation.

The strategic move to launch this service through native apps on both iOS and Android platforms positions Digitain to provide operators with a versatile multi-channel solution, enhancing accessibility and convenience for both operators and players alike.

The latest version of Centrivo encompasses an array of casino games, features and the flexibility to integrate sportsbook and virtual sports verticals, aligning with the initiative to modernize the product. Notably, Centrivo also includes a dedicated space for Esports.

Edmond Ghulyan, the Group Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Centrivo Product Solutions, conveyed excitement regarding this advancement, expressing their thrill in introducing the all-new native applications for Centrivo.

Ghulyan mentioned that the immersive experience, available across both iOS and Android platforms, along with innovative features such as push notifications and cross-product navigation, underscores their commitment to delivering an exceptional gaming experience.

Having served as Chief Customer Care Officer and Chief of Centrivo Platform, Ghulyan brings nearly six years of experience with Digitain to his new role just weeks after being appointed. His experience signifies a continuity of dedication and expertise within the company.

The Centrivo platform is equipped with a range of mobile-friendly solutions, featuring a mobile navigation bar and an optimized user interface for seamless accessibility on smaller devices.

Operators have the flexibility to customize the website’s functionality on mobile devices, with specific rules and actions tailored to the device type. This includes options like marketing pop-ups and location-based features.

The ability to customize extends to the Communications section, where operators can manage how messages and notifications are delivered to players.

Digitain also entered into a partnership with LeBull.pt, introducing its sportsbook technology in Portugal. The entire deal was executed before the Christmas season, anticipating high usage.
