FanDuel Makes It Easier For Players To See How Much They Spend

FanDuel has rolled out a new feature called My Spend to help users monitor their gaming activity and manage their budgets more effectively. The tool is now available across all of FanDuel’s platforms, including Casino, Sportsbook, Fantasy, Racing, and Faceoff, offering players a convenient way to review their spending habits.

With the My Spend dashboard, players can access detailed data about their deposits and net winnings over several timeframes: the past seven days, four weeks, and three months. This feature aims to provide users with a better understanding of their gaming behavior, enabling them to make more informed decisions about their spending.

The initiative stems from feedback gathered from users who requested greater insight into their activity.

Alison Kutler, VP of Responsible Gaming and Community Impact at FanDuel emphasized the importance of this tool for promoting healthier gaming habits. “FanDuel believes our customers should always have a budget and plan in mind when they engage with our products. My Spend helps customers track their spending and manage their play,” she said in a statement.

Accessing the feature is straightforward. Players can log into their accounts and click on the “Check Your Spend” button to view their activity.

In addition to offering insights into deposits and winnings, the tool encourages users to utilize FanDuel’s existing responsible gaming resources. These include options to set limits on deposits, wagers, and playtime, giving players more control over their experience.

To promote the My Spend tool, FanDuel is launching an advertising campaign that will run in both English and Spanish. This campaign will span television, digital platforms, and social media, aiming to inform a wide audience about the new feature and its benefits.

The introduction of My Spend reflects FanDuel’s commitment to fostering a transparent and responsible gaming environment. By offering players tools to track their spending and providing resources to manage their play, the company is aligning with broader industry efforts to prioritize customer well-being.
