Circus Circus Casino in Las Vegas Gets a Makeover
Circus Circus Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas has revealed a fresh exterior design for its iconic building on the renowned Las Vegas Strip. This historic establishment, known for its family-friendly environment, recently gave its signature tent-inspired roof a makeover and refreshed its vibrant colouring.
Commercial Roofers, a women-owned Las Vegas Valley roofing contractor, completed the exterior renovation project. The project was executed using products from GAF, a reputable roofing and waterproofing manufacturer.
Circus Circus has been an iconic Las Vegas landmark since its doors opened in 1968. The Casin became recognized for its distinctive and unique circus tent-shaped roof, its defining feature.
Transforming this unique roof posed more than just a handful of technical challenges that demanded meticulous planning. The casino and the design company executed the project while ensuring safety, design, and structural integrity during the renovation.
After years of exposure to the desert sun, the roof had faded. According to the casino administration, the building had lost its iconic pink and white colours. That is when Commercial Roofers took on the task of revitalizing the exterior.
With the implementation of GAF’s coating products to create custom colours that matched the original vibrant hues, the company gave Circus Circus a distinctive new colour. Shades of the famous Exuberant Pink were once again added to the rook. The result was a new roof that rejuvenated the exterior of the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino.
The exterior makeover coincides with the 30th anniversary celebration of Circus Circus Resort’s Adventuredome. This resort is an indoor amusement park located within the hotel premises, and it has gained much recognition over the years.
Adventuredome has become popular on the Las Vegas Strip, featuring family-friendly rides and the iconic Canyon Blaster roller coaster. The park has continuously expanded its offerings and has managed to delight visitors with a diverse collection of over 20 rides spread across five acres.
Originally named Grand Slam Canyon, the park debuted with just four rides. Over the years, it has transformed into an adventure playground. The Canyon Blaster roller coaster has become its most iconic attraction.
Shortly after opening, the Adventuredome temporarily closed its doors to accommodate the surging demand from guests. This marked the beginning of a consistent expansion trend, with one to two new rides being introduced each year.
The park now attracts over a million visitors annually. In the past three years, Adventuredome has introduced five new rides to its ever-growing repertoire, boasting a diverse collection of 25 attractions that have become ideal components of what makes the part unique and attractive to millions of tourists.
