Caesars Digital Expands iGaming Partnership With Bragg Gaming
Caesars Digital has broadened its partnership with Bragg Gaming Group, marking a new chapter in their collaboration by bringing Bragg’s iGaming content and remote gaming server (RGS) to players in Pennsylvania and Ontario.
This expansion builds on the existing relationship between the two companies, which previously saw Bragg’s content successfully integrated into Caesars’ platforms in New Jersey and Michigan. The move reflects Caesars’ ongoing strategy to enhance its digital offerings, particularly through its Caesars Palace Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino platforms.
Ricardo Cornejo Rivas, VP of Online Gaming at Caesars Digital, emphasized the importance of this partnership in bolstering the company’s digital gaming portfolio. He highlighted the significance of bringing high-quality online casino content to the players, expressing pride in the growing partnership with Bragg Gaming. According to Rivas, the expansion is a crucial step in Caesars’ mission to deliver a superior gaming experience to its online customers.
Through this expanded deal, online casino players in Pennsylvania and Ontario now have access to a wide range of Bragg Gaming’s titles. These include exclusive games featuring Caesars’ intellectual property, such as “Boardwalk Slots Bankers & Cash” and “Lady Luck Egyptian Magic.”
Additionally, players can enjoy games from Bragg’s studio partners like Incredible Technologies, Bluberi, King Show Games, and Sega Sammy Creation. Notably, popular titles from Bragg’s Atomic Slot Lab studio, including “Cai Fu Emperor Ways” and “Queenie,” are also part of the offering.
All of Bragg’s online casino games provided via their RGS technology come equipped with Fuze promotional tools, designed to enhance player engagement. These tools offer features such as free rounds, tournaments, and quests, which are intended to elevate the overall gaming experience for Caesars’ customers.
Garrick Morris, SVP of Commercial for the US and Canada at Bragg Gaming, expressed his excitement about expanding the relationship with Caesars Digital. He acknowledged the importance of the newly added regulated markets, Pennsylvania and Ontario, as key areas of growth for Bragg. The company sees these markets as vital to its continued expansion in the North American iGaming landscape.
The partnership’s expansion comes at a time when both companies are navigating competitive and evolving markets. Earlier this month, Bragg Gaming’s CEO, Matevž Mazij, expressed confidence in the company’s prospects for the second half of 2024 and beyond, following a strong Q2 performance. However, despite achieving a new quarterly revenue record, Bragg saw a decline in gross profit and adjusted EBITDA compared to the previous year.
On the other hand, Caesars Entertainment reported a record Q2 adjusted EBITDA for its Caesars Digital segment, despite posting a significant net loss for the quarter. Caesars CEO Tom Reeg remains optimistic about the remainder of this year, citing strong operational trends from Las Vegas and the digital sector, as well as upcoming developments like the opening of a new facility in Danville and a substantial investment in Caesars New Orleans.
This expanded partnership between Caesars Digital and Bragg Gaming underscores the commitment of both companies to strengthening their positions in the iGaming industry, particularly in the highly competitive North American market.
