The iGaming industry is booming and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. With more and more people discovering the fun and excitement of online casino games, the industry is expected to reach a value of $52.5 billion by 2020. This is excellent news for players, who can look forward to enjoying even more top-quality games and experiences in the years to come.

But what about the industry leaders? What is their take on the current state of things? We reached out to some of the biggest names in the business for exclusive interviews, and here’s what they had to say:

CEOs, CFOs, and other high-ranking officials from some of the top iGaming companies in the world discussed the industry’s current state, what they see as its future, and more. One clear thing was that everyone agrees that the industry is booming – but some areas could use improvement.

One issue that came up was regulatory uncertainty. Many companies feel that regulators are not keeping pace with the rapid changes in the industry, which can lead to confusion and ambiguity. This can be frustrating for companies, making it difficult to plan for the future.

Another issue that was raised was the need for better customer protection. With so much money changing hands, it’s important that players feel safe and secure when they are gambling online. Unfortunately, there have been some high-profile cases of fraud and theft in the industry, which has damaged its reputation.

Overall, the leaders we spoke to were optimistic about the future of the iGaming industry. They believe that the sector will continue to overgrow and that new technology will allow for even more immersive and exciting experiences for players. We’re certainly looking forward to seeing what the future holds!

The future of the iGaming industry is looking bright, with experts predicting continued growth in the years to come. In an interview with SlotsUp.com, the CEO of Betsson Group, Pontus Lindwall, said that he expects the industry to grow by 10-15% per year over the next few years.

Lindwall also spoke about the trend of consolidation in the industry, saying that he expects to see even more mergers and acquisitions in the coming years. He believes this is a natural progression for the industry as companies look to strengthen their positions and expand their reach.

CFO of GVC Holdings, Kenneth Alexander, shared a similar sentiment, stating that he expects the industry to grow steadily. He also believes there will be more consolidation shortly as companies look to take advantage of new opportunities in emerging markets.
When asked about the biggest challenges facing the iGaming industry, all of our interviewees cited regulatory uncertainty as a significant issue. With new countries and states opening up their regulated markets to iGaming operators, there is a lot of speculation surrounding how these regulations will develop over time.

This uncertainty makes it difficult for companies to plan for the future and make long-term investments.

Despite the challenges, all of our interviewees remain optimistic about the future of the iGaming industry. So far, the industry has shown strong resilience in the face of adversity and continues to grow remarkably. With new markets opening up and consolidation on the horizon, it seems likely that this growth will continue in the years to come.

We are so excited to be bringing you this content! Our interviews with some of the top minds in the iGaming industry will give you unparalleled insights into the current state of affairs, what lies ahead for the future, and more. We hope you enjoy reading them as much as we enjoyed putting them together. Check back often, as we’ll be adding new interviews regularly!
